Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in The British Virgin Islands (BVI), except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
